Terms and Conditions – bat735 Online Gaming Platform

1. General Terms

bat735 is an online gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino, slot games, bingo and related entertainment products. These Terms govern the relationship between bat735 ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual who registers, accesses or uses the bat735 platform ("you", "the player", "the user").

Access to bat735 is provided on the basis that players agree to be bound by these Terms. Using the platform — whether by browsing, registering, depositing or placing a bet — constitutes acceptance of these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use the platform.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on bat735 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bat735 does not apply any conversion charges on deposits. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your gaming balance.

bat735 supports the following deposit methods:

• Raast (SBP instant payment system)
• Direct Bank Transfer
• Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your name. bat735 reserves the right to verify that any payment method used for a deposit belongs to the registered account holder. Deposits received from third-party payment accounts may be declined or held pending verification.

bat735 does not accept deposits intended for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds and then requesting a withdrawal without placing any bets or playing any games may be treated as a misuse of the deposit system and investigated accordingly.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in the name of the bat735 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain amounts.
• bat735 reserves the right to request documentation confirming your identity and ownership of the withdrawal payment method.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are generally processed most quickly. Bank transfers take longer.

bat735 does not apply withdrawal fees on its end. Processing times for withdrawals depend on the payment provider's own timelines once bat735 has approved and initiated the transaction.

Funds credited as bonuses are subject to bonus wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been met. See Section 7 for details on bonus terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bat735 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the bet type, market or game in question. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the platform before a bet is confirmed.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed except in circumstances where bat735's error procedures apply (see below).
• Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or on incorrectly configured markets may be voided by bat735. Where odds are obviously wrong — significantly outside normal market range — bat735 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

• Suspected betting abuse — including match-fixing, exploitation of system errors or coordinated arbitrage betting — will result in account suspension and bet review.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

bat735 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotions to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their specific terms, which are displayed at the time the bonus is offered or credited.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified by bat735.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — any increase request is subject to a cooling-off period.

• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from bat735 may request self-exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no logins or deposits will be possible.

bat735 actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bat735 reserves the right to take any of the actions listed in Section 10, up to and including permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance involved in the prohibited activity.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

bat735 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or connection to prohibited activity.
• Account activity that is inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.
• At the account holder's own request.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be flagged for review.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bat735 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, funds will be returned to the player through their registered withdrawal method. Where a breach is confirmed, forfeiture of funds may apply to the extent that those funds are directly connected to the breach.

Where a player requests voluntary account closure, any real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

11. Privacy and Data

bat735 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using bat735, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
